The expression and regulation of WDR62 in ovarian cancer were demonstrated in vitro. (A) qRT-PCR results demonstrated the differential expression of WDR62 at the RNA level in ovarian cancer cell lines compared to normal ovarian epithelial cell lines. (B) Western blot demonstrated the differential expression of WDR62 at the protein level between ovarian cancer cells and normal ovarian epithelial cells.
